Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion

Tuesday March 10th,

You will be bathed in sounds to heal your body mind & soul. We all have a vibration and that vibration is the signature of our overall well-being. When our vibrations fall out of balance, we can be "off" in our mental, emotional and physical bodies. Vibration sounds can bring us back into balance with the natural rhythm of ourselves. Please bring a yoga mat, bolsters or blankets to allow yourself to get comfortable as you have the choice to sit or lie down for the hour long event. If you have an eye pillow that may be a very nice way to seep yourself into the experience.

If you plan to lie down, bring a yoga mat, pillow and a cozy cover up for comfort during the event. 

Sitting, plan on bringing a wrap or blanket to keep comfortable. 

Self Care Class

March 7th & April 1st

1 pm

This class will begin with a centering practice to help us see how the self care techniques can bring us into a better sense of well-being.  From there we will continue some MFR techniques on the foam roller and perform some stability exercises on the foam roller to help create stability in the central region of the body and release muscular tension and overall stress. Using the foam roller you have the opportunity to melt the tissues through held positions and create stability & strength with various movements on the foam roller.

We will also use a racket ball to roll out and massage our own hands and feet, decreasing further tension.​

Each class we will do another Energy Boost Self Care technique.  The Energy Boost Self-Care techniques are rooted in tried and true access to the acupressure meridian systems of the body. Many of the EBSC Techniques use the access point of various meridians to facilitate the movement of energy. intentional movement of energy often removes the blocks of energy within the body which can be experienced as body pain or stiffness, mental and emotional stress,  lack of focus and concentration and so on.

A 36" softer density foam roller is required to participate. You can order yours on Amazon prior to or contact me for a roller.

The Conscious Palate Sanskrit

The Conscious Palate || Sanskrit || with Jenna Love

 

This two hour workshop will follow a 75 min practice of practicing asana with Tanya Crossman while Jenna Love chants the Sanskrit names.

 

Experience the language of Sanskrit as an ancient intuitive practice reconnecting one’s self and ALL that is!

 

This two-hour class offers a vibrational connection with one’s own individual sound to the sacred Sanskrit language through guidance, call and response, and repetition. Somatic instruction trains participants in five mouth positions, breath patterns, and rhythm. The class is open to the public and requires no previous experience.

 

Instructor Jenna Love is a 22-year practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and Iyengar yoga whose practice evolved when she began studying Sanskrit in 2010. The transformative lifestyle integration of all three practices - meditation and asana and chanting - inspired her to train and become a certified teacher of the Sanskrit alphabet with the American Sanskrit Institute in 2015. Jenna’s approach to teaching is interactive, fun, and professional.
